I was playing at a venue on Lake Lanier many years ago when they seated a bachelorette party of about 20 the most beautiful women I've ever seen right in front of me. Even though they were all a lot younger than I was, they all seem to be into my act. About halfway through one of them came up and asked me to play Wagon Wheel. Since I don't listen to a lot of popular music because of the earworm problem, I get, I have never heard this song. I had no idea. It was a song that was so well known that there's actually no "Wagon Wheel" zones in a lot of music venues.
But because of those 20 pretty girls asking for it, I made up my mind. I've never be caught short again, so I added it to my list.
